WHERE GRIEF MEETS BREATH
This gentle, breath-centered class invites you to explore grief through mindful breathing, subtle movement, and moments of stillness. Guided by compassion, we use the breath to soften tension, support emotional release, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythm of healing after loss. There is no expectation to move on—only an invitation to breathe with what is. Come as you are. Every breath is welcome.

Small-group setting for people who have experienced a similar loss. These weekly support sessions meet in-person for 6 weeks. All sessions are held at the Wicki's Wings office and facilitated by Katie Wedding, Certified Grief Educator.

An opportunity for virtual support, led by Katie Wedding. Online Gatherings will include guided meditations, guided movement, and inspired art sessions for walking through grief.
